It started when a few neighbors in my parents' condo building asked if I could stop by and check on their homes while they were away for the season. Then a few more neighbors asked. Before long, I realized I had unintentionally become the person everyone trusted with their spare key.
As a local resident and busy mom, I'm used to keeping an eye on things and making sure everything is running smoothly. Salty Key Keeper simply extends that same care to local homes.
From routine home checks to photo updates and arrival preparation, the goal is simple: to make sure your home is just as you left it until you return.

Clients share a spare key and provide any specific instructions for their home, pets, plants, or special requests.
Select the Tide plan that fits your needs — Low Tide, High Tide, or King Tide — from bi-weekly visits to full-service prep before your arrival.
We conduct routine home checks based on your plan: checking doors and windows, running water, monitoring AC and pests, starting vehicles if needed, and providing photo updates.
